Digital Delivery Only

The Grey Ledger sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods. All purchases are delivered electronically via access to our secure member area and/or downloadable files.

How Delivery Works

Upon successful payment, the following happens automatically:

1. Your payment is confirmed by Stripe
2. An account is created for you in our member area
3. A confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout containing your access link
4. You click the link and gain immediate access to your purchased content

The entire process is automated and typically completes within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

What You Receive

Digital guide purchases include:

• Web-based access to the complete guide within our secure member area
• A downloadable PDF version for offline reference
• Access to any supplementary materials included with your purchase (checklists, worksheets, etc.)

Access is granted to the email address provided at checkout. Keep this email address accessible as it is your login credential.

Card Statement

Your purchase will appear as THEGREYLEDGER on your credit or debit card statement.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes of purchase:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder
• Ensure you entered your email address correctly at checkout
• Contact us at [email protected] with your order details

We will resolve any delivery issues promptly, typically within one business day.

Access Duration

Access to purchased digital products is granted on a lifetime basis for one-time purchase products. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of terms of use violations.

While we intend to maintain our platform indefinitely, in the event the platform is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice and ensure you have the ability to download your purchased content.
