You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request. We ask only that you contact us rather than initiating a chargeback, as chargebacks create unnecessary administrative burden for a small operation.
Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Processing time after we initiate the refund is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Upon processing a refund, your access to the purchased digital product will be revoked.

Chargebacks that are initiated without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged and access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
